A Great Outsourcing Debate:

Do the Benefits Outweigh the Drawbacks for Women and Minority Owned Businesses?

As businesses-particularly small businesses-continue to grow in size and revenue, the case for subcontracting human resources work is growing hard to ignore.  But for women and minority owned companies, the outsourcing trend that is shaking up business everywhere has yet to hit home.


“Small businesses, especially those owned by minorities, don’t always have the resources and know-how to navigate the world of human resources outsourcing like established corporations,” says Agilent Technologies Small Business Liaison Officer, Erik Backes.  “There are a lot of twists and turns in this field, and it’s hard to know how to get past them.”
