International Merchant Advisors Negotiating Acquisition of Hispanic Market Payday Loan Marketer
International Merchant Advisors (IMAI) is actively engaged in negotiating the purchase of Oledeniro, a Spanish-language payday loan provider. Oldeniro is a payday loan and cash advance marketer, generating leads for a national payday loan and cash advance lender. The lender offers its services throughout the U.S. and conducts its marketing operations through the Internet, generating income of $9 to $45 per payday loan lead provided. IMAI's intended purchase of Marquez Group, the owner and operator of Oledeniro, will be its first entry into the burgeoning Latino market.

"IMAI is an up and coming player in the Internet payday loan industry," said Henry Marquez, Marquez Group founder. "We're the leading payday loan marketer in the Hispanic marketplace. It's logical to combine forces and provide the best of both worlds."

Added IMAI CEO Mel Roseman, "Hispanics have been the largest minority group in the U.S. since 2002."
