Shifting the Organization to a Digital Culture

Organizations must embrace a digital transformation to remain competitive. That means they must develop a digital culture so everyone buys into the transformation to mazimize results.

Most organizations have adopted digital capabilities by now, but the process has followed old rules of operation. The old rules say a new technology is installed and employees are trained to use them to complete job responsibilities within their units. Unfortunately, it is not that simple anymore. In fact, a survey of corporate strategists found that 72 percent of them say they are missing expected revenue goals set for digital technologies. Incremental additions of technology, acceptable when new technologies were developed much more slowly, are creating more confusion than good.
