CEW will honor P&G Beauty & Grooming with the Corporate Empowerment for Women (C.E.W.) Award for demonstrating a commitment to establishing and leveraging female talent.

The Achiever Award honorees are role models to those in the industry. CEW has created a special QR Code for the cover of the 2011 program journal, linking to a video where these women reveal their own personal secrets for success. CEW also polled the beauty industry leaders at large via its website, Facebook and LinkedIn to take the pulse of the industry on what it takes to achieve success today. The results show that almost 40% of industry professionals say that the essential driver for professional achievement is to be surrounded by a strong team of hard working and dedicated colleagues.

Another new CEW interactive, technology-focused experience for 2011 is live texting which will take place in real time during the event. Attendees will be encouraged to share their congratulatory remarks with the honorees through text messaging, which will appear on screen at the luncheon.
